This project was an interior fit-out of an existing 2 story building in which Duolingo is on the 2nd floor and occupies approximately 15,000 square feet. All new cable and conduits installed were all exposed so attention to detail was a must. The existing core and shell fire alarm system was extended throughout the new space as well as new LED pendant mounted light fixtures and recessed down lighting. All new lighting also had dimming capabilities. There were a total of 84 dedicated power circuits which we used to feed new furniture partitions, miscellaneous equipment, printers, as well as receptacles for convenience. ABS also was responsible for all rough in for the tenant's voice/data/communication cabling. In Phase II there was an additional fully-equipped 875 square feet kitchen as well a full-service Cafe added to this space which required additional distribution panels and dedicated circuits for cooking equipment. ABS finished the project on time despite the aggressive project schedule.
