600 River Avenue - Fourth Floor was the construction of a rooftop terrace. The scope of work consisted of installing a porcelain paver system to provide a recreational area for tenants, a kitchen renovation, structural steel to reinforce the roof, the installation of pergolas, and new electrical and lighting.
